ZakatIQ is a project of Numeric Capital LLC, USA. It is founded by a team of Muslim professionals with Islamic finance, investing, accounting, humanitarian, and IT experience. ZakatIQ takes cues from leading online tax preparation applications and services that many of us are already familiar with. It is a first-of-its-kind web application to help Muslims calculate and pay for their Zakat obligations in a smart, comprehensive, and user-friendly manner.

Most existing Zakat forms, calculators, mobile-apps take a very naive and simplistic approach and don’t address many of today’s saving and investment types. Plus, they primarily take a hands-off approach, leaving users guessing and wondering what is Zakatable and what is not.

ZakatIQ, on the other hand, takes a holistic, hands-on approach. It guides users through the entire process, data-gathering, calculation, record keeping, and Zakat obligation fulfillment by disbursing it to Zakat eligible institutions.
